Delivery Areas

  • Delivery is available to all states in Australia: NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, NT and TAS Metro and Regional areas.

Delivery Fees

  • CraftyLizard delivers anywhere in Australia FREE OF CHARGE on all orders over $70.
  • Orders under that value are delivered anywhere in Australia for only $9.95.

Delivery Times

  • CraftyLizard delivers to most capitals in 8-10 days and to most regional areas within 10-13 days. Please note, if a parcel is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for reshipment postage.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking link for your parcel(s) via email, which you can use to monitor the status of your shipment.

We endeavour to ensure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder, or a full refund. 



Customer satisfaction is important to us and we ask that you examine all products immediately upon receipt.  If defective or incorrect merchandise is received, you MUST notify us either by email or telephone within 7 days of receipt.  

Returns will be accepted if the product is faulty or incorrectly shipped. To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for whatever reason. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please ensure repackaged goods are done securely, as we cannot offer refunds for goods that are damaged in transit. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded and all sales are final.

Crafty Lizard cannot be held responsible for missing products if an incorrect delivery address was provided at time of order.  To ensure that your parcel is delivered safely, please check that your delivery address is correct before you confirm your order.

Please choose items carefully as we do not provide refunds or exchanges for incorrect choice or change of mind for online purchases.

Pre-order Items

Pre-order items must be placed as a separate order. Please be adviced that if your order has mix of pre-order items and other items, your order will not be dispatched until we have all the producst in your order available. Should you need the other items first, please contact us to arrange postage.
